Job summary

Air Products is seeking a skilled Assembly Night Production Supervisor in St. Louis to lead a 20–24 person night crew at the Membrane Solutions facility. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity across all night-shift work centers, with cross-functional coordination and a focus on developing frontline leaders.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, attention to detail, and strong communication to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent face-to-face and written communication skills across all levels.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Drive to improve operational execution and standards.
• Safety-focused with knowledge of EHS policies.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of all night-shift assembly personnel according to BSP and EHS standards.
• Maintain product quality and AS9100/ISO 9001 compliance across all centers.
• Direct night-shift operations to meet production schedules and priorities.
• Develop and coach night-shift team leads into frontline leaders.
• Coordinate handoffs and communicate production status during shift changes.
• Support new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives.
