Job summary

Air Products is seeking a dedicated Assembly Night Production Supervisor to lead a 20–24 person night crew within the St. Louis Membrane Solutions facility.

You will drive safe, efficient, and quality-focused assembly for multiple product lines, coaching leaders and coordinating with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to meet schedule and quality targets. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing and supervisory experience.
• Associates degree preferred but not required; high school diploma or GED required.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure night-shift safety by leading BSP and enforcing EHS standards.
• Maintain product quality and ISO/AS9100 compliance across all centers.
• Meet production schedules by directing cross-work center operations and prioritizing tasks.
• Develop night-shift team leads into frontline leaders and coach staff.
• Facilitate structured shift handoffs and effective communication with day shift.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and CI teams.
