Michaels in North Haven, CT is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will unload trucks, stock shelves, and keep the store well-merchandised and in stock while following SOPs and safety guidelines.

You will engage customers with the Rewards program, enroll in Private Label Credit Cards, and support BOPIS/SFS processes, shrink control, and VOC surveys. Must be at least 16.

Formación

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and truck unloading.
• Maintain stock, planograms, and store recovery to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Support safety programs and SOP compliance, modeling company values.
