Job summary

Michaels is hiring for a Store Team Member in Murphy, TX. You will help customers find products, provide solutions, and deliver a fast, friendly checkout experience while handling cash accurately.

You’ll participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised store. You will promote the Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments, engage customers with VOC efforts, and support Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards
• Engage customers in rewards program enrollment
• Assist with omnichannel processes (BOPIS and SFS)
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking and planogram procedures
• Maintain in-stock and well-merchandised store appearance
• Support shrink and safety programs
