Michaels in Superior, AZ is seeking a Store team member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast checkout with accurate cash handling. You’ll unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain planograms to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock.

You’ll engage customers in the Rewards program, support omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS, and help drive store safety and SOP compliance while collaborating with the framing team.

Formación

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store, lift heavy boxes.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns and store recovery.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; promote a positive image and teamwork.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
