Job summary

Sensata Technologies is seeking a Datacenter Sales Leader – North America to drive commercial growth across hyperscale and enterprise datacenter markets. You will lead teams and shape strategy with executives, OEMs, EPCs, and system integrators to secure design wins and convert opportunities into revenue.

The role requires strong leadership, deep market knowledge, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.
• Holds self and others accountable to achieving goals and standards.
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
