Responsibilities

• Define and lead North American data center market development strategy with clear targets and KPIs.
• Identify high-value segments (hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, infrastructure providers).
• Assess market trends, competition and customer needs to guide strategy.
• Develop multi-year growth plans with milestones and KPIs.
• Build and deploy go-to-market strategies to increase specification and adoption of solutions.
• Partner with Sales to enable opportunity pipelines in target accounts and verticals.
• Develop value propositions for data center operators, engineers, and OEM partners.
• Drive new product development with the innovation team and product management.
• Support channel development with distributors, integrators, and contractors.
