Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Database Service Manager to architect and lead database platform solutions across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments. The role requires collaboration with IT leaders and enterprise architecture to develop roadmaps and ensure robust backup, HA, DR, and uptime.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead database platform solutions for Dow in on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with IT Leaders and Enterprise Architecture to maintain database roadmaps.
• Design and implement backup, HA, DR, upgrades, and operations tasks.
• Coordinate with Managed Services to deliver efficient database solutions.
• Ensure changes and incidents meet SLAs and Dow standards.
