Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Data360 + AI Success Architect to drive successful outcomes for strategic customers by leveraging data and analytics at scale. You will enable unified customer data across Marketing, Sales, and Service Clouds to power AI-driven personalization and real-time decision-making.

In this role, you will engage with executive stakeholders, architect data solutions, and mentor teams while working office-flexible three days per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 development/project lifecycles with Data360/CDP + AI.
• 8+ years enterprise consulting experience in Analytics/CDP.
• Ability to analyze, design, and optimize data & integration architectures.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance.
• Excellent communication skills across Dev to Executive levels.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Be SME for Agentforce + Data360 within Success Architect org.
• Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to optimize architecture, performance, and design.
• Identify capability gaps and tailor Architect solutions.
• Facilitate executive discussions aligning tech strategy to business value & ROI.
• Run playbooks from the engagement catalog for Agentforce + Data360.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to drive growth.
• Mentor and share knowledge across the team.
