Qualifications

• Experience guiding customers through data migration and optimization.
• Strong communication with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Data360 + Agentforce subject-matter expert for Success Architect org.
• Evaluate optimization strategies for architecture, dev/ops, performance and design.
• Identify capability gaps and propose creative architect solutions.
• Facilitate discussions translating technical concepts into business ROI.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners and mentor teammates.
