Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Data360 Success Architect to drive outcomes for strategic customers by leveraging data, analytics, and AI capabilities across Data360 and Agentforce. You will influence architecture, performance optimization, and solution design to maximize customer value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 development/project lifecycles of Salesforce Data360/CDP + AI
• Minimum 8 years proven enterprise consulting experience in Analytics/CDP spaces
• Experience analyzing and optimizing data & integration architectures for Agentforce + Data360
• Deep understanding of data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and ROI
• Knowledge of emerging data-related and AI technologies
• Proactive, self-starting, and able to work remotely with customers
• Commitment to data ethics and privacy compliance
• Degree or equivalent experience;US citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted subject-matter expert for Agentforce + Data360 within Success Architect
• Engage with signature and strategic customers to optimize technical architecture, dev/ops, performance
• Identify capability gaps and design Architect solutions
• Facilitate executive discussions aligning tech strategy with business ROI
• Run playbooks tailored to Agentforce + Data360 customers
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners
• Mentor and share knowledge to drive thought leadership
