Qualifications

• Minimum 2 development/project lifecycles of Salesforce Data360/CDP + AI.
• 8+ years enterprise consulting experience, including analytics/CDP implementations.
• Ability to analyze, design, and optimize data architecture for business value and ROI.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted Data360 + AI subject-matter expert for the Success Architect organization.
• Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to evaluate optimization strategies for architecture and solution design.
• Identify capability gaps and craft Architect solutions through customization.
• Facilitate discussions with executives, aligning technology strategy to business value and ROI.
• Run playbooks aligned with the engagement catalog for Agentforce + Data360.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive growth.
• Mentor and share knowledge to drive thought leadership.
