Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Data360 + Agentforce Success Architect to drive outcomes for strategic customers using Data360, AI, and analytics expertise. You will shape architecture, optimize performance, and design solutions across the data stack.

You’ll mentor teams, align technology with business value, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a flexible, US-based role that emphasizes ethics and customer success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 development/lifecycles of Salesforce Data360/CDP + AI.
• Minimum 8 years enterprise consulting in Analytics/CDP spaces.
• Ability to analyze, design, and optimize data & integration architecture guiding migration to Agentforce + Data360.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance.
• Excellent communication, and ability to work with developers to executives.
• Translate technical concepts into tangible business value and ROI for customers.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging data-related and AI technologies.
• Proactive, self-starting, with remote collaboration.
• Values Data Ethics and Privacy in solutions.
• Degree or equivalent experience.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted Agentforce + Data360 SME for the Success Architect org, including how Data360 relates to AI.
• Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to evaluate optimization strategies for architecture, dev/ops, performance, and design.
• Identify and evaluate capability gaps for standard product or creative Architect solutions via customization.
• Facilitate and influence Executive stakeholders aligning technology strategy to business value and ROI.
• Run playbooks aligned with the Success Architect catalog tailored to Agentforce + Data360 customers.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners contributing to broader goals and growth.
• Drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
