Qualifications

• Minimum 2 development/project lifecycles of Salesforce Data360/CDP + AI.
• Minimum 8 years proven experience in enterprise consulting for Analytics/CDP.
• Ability to analyze and optimize data integration architectures and governance.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted Data360 + Agentforce subject-matter expert for Success Architect org.
• Advise on optimization strategies for architecture, dev/ops, performance, and design.
• Identify capability gaps and craft customized Architect solutions.
• Facilitate executive discussions translating tech concepts into business ROI.
• Run playbooks aligned with engagement catalog for Data360 customers.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to drive growth.
• Mentor teams and drive knowledge sharing.
