Qualifications

• Minimum 2 development lifecycles of Data360/CDP + AI.
• Minimum 8 years in enterprise analytics consulting.
• Ability to analyze and optimize data & integration architecture.
• Deep understanding of data modeling and governance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage executives.
• Translate technical concepts into business ROI.
• Proactive, self-starting with remote collaboration.
• Commitment to data ethics and privacy.
• Experience with multiple cloud platforms and data platforms.
• US citizenship as a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Data360 + Agentforce SME for the Success Architect org.
• Advise strategic customers on architecture, performance and design.
• Identify capability gaps and craft custom solutions.
• Engage executives to align tech strategy with business value.
• Execute playbooks from the engagement catalog for Data360 customers.
• Build strong internal and external partnerships to enable growth.
• Mentor teams and share knowledge across the org.
