Salesforce is seeking a Data360 (Data Cloud) Success Architect to drive outcomes for strategic customers by leveraging data, analytics, and AI capabilities across Data360 and Agentforce. You will be a trusted advisor, architect solutions, and collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to optimize data architectures, integration patterns, and performance.

This role emphasizes executive stakeholder engagement, thoughtful design, and measurable ROI while advancing the Data360 + AI

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 development/project implementation lifecycles of Salesforce Data360/CDP + AI.
• Minimum 8 years proven experience in enterprise consulting, including implementing enterprise software solutions in Analytics/CDP spaces.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize data & integration architecture with migration/optimization focus for Agentforce + Data360.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams from Developer to Executive.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and ROI for customers.
• Proactive, self-starting with ability to work remotely with customers and colleagues.
• Must be a US Citizen and aware of data ethics and privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted Agentforce + Data360 subject-matter expert for the Success Architect organization.
• Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to evaluate optimization strategies for architecture, dev/ops, performance, and design.
• Identify capability gaps for standard product capability or creative solution
• Architect solutions through customization
• Facilitate and influence Executive stakeholders aligning technology strategy to business value and ROI
• Run playbooks aligned with the Success Architect engagement catalog for Agentforce + Data360 customers
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to support growth
• Drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing
