Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Data Systems Analyst in Orlando, FL to lead onboarding of data assets into our cloud data platform and ensure data quality. The role involves guiding data mappings, testing files, and communicating with leadership on data needs and deadlines.

You will configure mapping tools, document processes, and train coworkers on data specifications while staying current with evolving data requirements. Healthcare data experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 8+ years of related experience required.
• Experience with ETL, analytics-based reporting and data-driven insights.
• Proficiency in Tableau, SqlServer, Salesforce and Snowflake preferred.
• Healthcare/pharmacy data experience and client-facing background are a plus.
• Must be responsive, work well under pressure with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of data assets into our cloud data platform.
• Monitor data quality and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders.
• Guide data mapping with defined specifications and testing.
• Communicate data needs and deadlines to leadership.
• Configure mapping tools and document processes for internal teams and customers.
• Provide training and stay updated on evolving data specs.
• Handle ongoing data requests and inquiries.
