Job summary

AssistRx, Inc. is seeking a Data Insight Analyst to acquire, manage, and analyze data for internal teams, clients, and partners. You will develop reports using data from data warehouse and Salesforce, leveraging Excel, SQL, Tableau, and related tools to provide actionable insights.

You will translate complex data into clear visualizations and narratives, identify anomalies, and QA data before delivery. The role requires strong customer-facing communication and ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Self-starter who can work with minimal direction.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Tableau and Salesforce reporting preferred.
• Healthcare and/or pharmacy data experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
• Prior client-facing experience required.
• Must be extremely responsive and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports and analytics using data from data warehouse and Salesforce with Excel, SQL, Tableau, and other tools.
• Provide consultative insights and explain data with visualizations and narratives.
• Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and correlations over time.
• Identify outliers, QA data and reports before client delivery.
• Communicate with customers on data needs and deadlines.
• Lead client trainings on data specifications and requirements.
