Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years related experience.
• Experience with ETL, analytic-based data-driven reporting, Tableau, and SQL.
• Experience with Server, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
• Healthcare and/or pharmacy data preferred.
• Previous client-facing experience.
• Must be extremely responsive and able to work under pressure with a strong sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of data assets into the cloud data platform.
• Monitor data quality and resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with clients and team on data mapping and specifications.
• Field incoming requests and questions related to data specifications.
• Review received files for data needs and testing for business rules.
• Configure the mapping tool to translate source data into the required format.
• Provide documentation to internal resources and customers.
• Serve as the resident expert for data requirements and specifications.
• Stay current on ongoing changes to data specifications.
• Lead coworker trainings focused on data specifications and requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
