Job summary

McKesson is seeking an Implementation Analyst to join the RxSS team in McKesson's CoverMyMeds segment. You will oversee onboarding transitions, manage timelines, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure a seamless client implementation and high-quality experiences.

The role requires 4+ years in client onboarding or employee benefits, strong project management, and the ability to analyze processes and drive improvements, including collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent and 4+ years' experience in employee voluntary benefits or client onboarding & servicing.
• Project Management experience with high organization and planning skills, able to create plans and follow through from design to execution.
• Experience understanding file transfer methods, and communicating to clients regarding specifications and details.
• Ability to identify and manage risks to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g. Copilot, Claude or similar).
• Ability to analyze compliance and control initiatives and engage team members in process improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a consistent and efficient client onboarding transition to ongoing account administration.
• Manage onboarding timeline and communicate adjustments to all parties.
• Maintain project plans and ensure compliance with timeframes across stakeholders.
• Identify onboarding problems or trends and develop resolutions.
• Set up new client configurations and provide technical support to teams.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve issues within required timeframes and advise on policy changes.
