Job summary

RXO is seeking an Associate Customer Accounts Analyst to deliver data analysis, reporting, and operational insights across delivery hubs. You will partner with Customer Accounts leadership and Operations to identify trends, support escalated issue resolution, and protect the client experience.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely data delivery, and developing standardized dashboards and reports to inform monthly and quarterly reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• Strong analytical judgment with the ability to prioritize highimpact issues.
• Organized, reliable, and proactive—anticipates client and leadership needs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor SLA performance and service metrics to identify risks or missed commitments.
• Respond to sameday leadership requests for data, summaries, or clarification on active issues.
• Partner with Operations and internal teams to validate data accuracy and confirm root causes on escalated items.
• Develop and maintain standardized dashboards, pivot tables, and scorecards (Excelbased).
• Support monthly and quarterly performance reviews, including QBR materials and leadership decks.
• Help standardize reporting and improve data governance as volume and complexity grow.
• Maintain master trackers and ensure data integrity across multiple source files.
• Identify emerging risk patterns, execution gaps, and repeat drivers—particularly for high-visibility customers or executive stakeholders.
• Support process improvements for data collection, reporting cadence, and standardization.
