Job summary

AssistRx in Orlando seeks an seasoned Implementation Analyst to drive client projects across internal teams, embracing a fast-paced, software-driven environment. You will ensure lifecycle discipline and mentor project teammates toward high-quality outcomes.

You will manage client communications, collect comprehensive business requirements, and coordinate with product, development, QA, sales, and leadership to deliver best-in-class solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CS, Business or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience in software development projects, including client facing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in the specialty pharmacy industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage client communications and expectations.
• Collect complete and accurate business requirements from clients.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Management to balance vision and voice of customer.
• Create documentation: BRs, user stories, wireframes, specs, test plans.
• Create user guides for clients and end-users.
• Share knowledge and organize training for team members.
• Demonstrate leadership and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Resolve problems with advanced decision making and analytical thinking.
• Communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Gather solid business requirements and develop technical documentation.
• Understand user experience design principles and stay flexible.
