Job summary

DDS Lab in Tampa is seeking a Data Integrity Assistant to provide administrative and office support for the organization. You will set up and maintain customer accounts, manage onboarding data, and support the sales order process to ensure quick and accurate customer resolution.

The role requires strong data accuracy, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to navigate computer systems quickly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in administrative roles preferred.
• Proficient with computer systems and data entry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain customer accounts for high data accuracy in company systems.
• Manage the internal mailbox and resolve emails promptly.
• Oversee onboarding data and sales orders for fast customer resolution.
• Apply critical thinking to address and resolve issues.
• Educate dental offices on data integrity and resolve cases including out-of-production issues.
• Document information in customer and case management systems.
• Route sales leads to the appropriate sales team member.
• Create and manage MyDDSLab portal logins.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Inside Sales, and Field Sales as a liaison to other departments.
• Handle data transfers and doctor preferences for sales and preference inboxes.
• Reception backup: greet guests, validate entry, direct deliveries, and notify arrivals.
