Job summary

Claritas Rx seeks an Associate Business Analyst to drive data partner spec negotiations and oversee Ascend platform configuration. You will own data mapping, tooling, and QA to ensure smooth client onboarding across the data ecosystem.

Working from a delivery blueprint, you will interface with Engagement Managers, Delivery Directors, and Customer Engineering, balancing timelines with data model integrity in a primarily remote role with some travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university is required.
• Experience in operations at biopharma, reimbursement call centers, or data management is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools; solid MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead data partner spec negotiations to align inbound/outbound data with Ascend model.
• Own platform configuration, data mapping, and front-end reporting setup.
• Perform internal QA and ensure go-live readiness with sign-offs.
• Escalate non-standard requests and route to Product or CE as needed.
• Coordinate with Engagement Managers, Delivery Directors, and CE teams.
