Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is required.
• 2+ years in client onboarding, implementation support, customer success, or related roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding by delivering platform demonstrations and training.
• Resolve onboarding issues and risks while maintaining client relationships.
• Gather and validate requirements with clients and align to scalable solutions.
• Analyze workflows to identify gaps and support configuration and implementation.
• Translate business needs into standardized onboarding and migration requirements.
• Recommend onboarding solutions aligned with procedures and best practices.
• Apply platform expertise and ensure data accuracy and system setup.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate tasks and track progress.
• Communicate status, timelines, and expectations to stakeholders.
• Escalate risks and coordinate kickoff, milestones, and follow-ups across accounts.
• Maintain documentation and update project tracking for process improvements.
