Job summary

Cloudflare, Inc. is seeking a principal Sales Operations/CRM architect to drive data strategy for Revenue Operations. You will partner with Sales Leaders, IT, Analytics, and Data teams to scale data governance and build the infrastructure for GTM success, leveraging AI to automate processes and improve decision making.

You will own cross-functional data programs, build scalable data models, and lead multiple complex projects while communicating clearly to stakeholders across the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Sales Operations or a CRM architecture function.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to automate processes and reduce complexity.
• Deep knowledge of GTM data needs and data governance in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce tooling ecosystem and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build a roadmap to improve data strategy and governance for customers and accounts.
• Lead AI implementations to reduce data inefficiencies and friction.
• Partner with Data, IT, Analytics to scale data quality and governance tools.
• Collaborate across Revenue Operations to reduce friction between field needs and data governance.
• Create playbooks and documentation for repeatable tasks ensuring policy compliance.
• Identify data owners in the CRM to ensure accountability and data quality.
• Address data-related issues and drive effective communication and change management.
