Job summary

Cloudflare, a leading Internet security and performance company, seeks a Senior Principal Data Strategy & Governance Manager to lead data strategy and governance for Revenue Operations across major U.S. offices.

The role builds scalable data infrastructure, drives data quality, and partners with Sales, IT, and Analytics to strengthen governance and data-driven decision making. You will own cross-functional data initiatives, develop data models, oversee AI-enabled automation, and map

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Sales Operations or a CRM architecture function.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to build automation, simplify decision making, and reduce complexities.
• Strong proficiencies in building account hierarchies for fast-growing B2B/B2C companies.
• Extensive experience in processes, techniques and tactics to scale global data quality, including deduplication, firmographic, and technographic data enrichment.
• Experience understanding and evaluating integrations between CRM and external data systems.
• Experience using various firmographic data sources and how to leverage each source.
• Extensive experience working with Salesforce tooling ecosystem and the related teams.
• Established history of driving multiple complex projects at the same time to on-time completion in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong quantitative skills and high data fluency.
• Ability to draw and map data models and strong data engineering skills.

Responsibilities

• Build a roadmap to improve data agility and create a fresh data strategy and governance framework.
• Build and execute AI implementations to reduce data-related inefficiencies.
• Engage with Data, Intelligence, Analytics and IT to implement and optimize data management tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally within Revenue Operations to reduce friction between needs and governance.
• Create and maintain playbooks and documentation for repeatable tasks to ensure policy compliance.
• Identify and partner with data source owners in the CRM to ensure accountability.
• Address data-related issues, resolve conflicts, and communicate changes effectively.
