Cloudflare is seeking a principal individual contributor to drive data strategy and execution for the Revenue Operations team. This role shapes scalable data infrastructure and governance to support go-to-market success.

You will partner with Sales Leaders, IT, Data, Analytics, and other functions to up-level data quality, scale processes, and enable AI-driven improvements across Cloudflare’s operations.

Formación

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Sales Operations or a CRM architecture function.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to build automation, simplify decision making, and reduce complexities.
• Strong ability to build account hierarchies for fast-growing B2B/B2C companies.
• Extensive experience scaling data quality, including deduplication and firmographic enrichment.
• Experience evaluating integrations between CRM and external data systems.
• Experience with various firmographic data sources and their use.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce tooling ecosystem and related teams.
• History of delivering multiple complex projects on time in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong quantitative skills and high data fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Build a roadmap to improve data strategy and governance for faster, trustworthy customer data.
• Build and execute AI implementations to reduce data-related inefficiencies.
• Engage with Data, Intelligence, Analytics, IT to implement data management tools aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate across Revenue Operations to reduce friction between field needs and data governance.
• Create and maintain playbooks for repeatable tasks to ensure policy compliance.
• Identify data source owners in the CRM to ensure accountability.
• Work with stakeholders to address data-related issues and manage change.
