Cloudflare is seeking a principal individual contributor to drive data strategy and execution for the Revenue Operations team. This hands-on role shapes the infrastructure that scales data governance and supports Go-To-Market initiatives across Sales Leaders and Analytics teams.

You will build data quality programs, govern data assets, and partner with IT, Data, Intelligence, and Sales to improve CRM systems and analytics.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a CRM architecture function
• Experience leveraging AI tools to build automation and reduce complexities
• Strong proficiency in building account hierarchies for fast-growing B2B/B2C companies
• Extensive experience scaling global data quality including deduplication and firmographic/technographic enrichment
• Experience evaluating integrations between CRM and external data systems
• Experience with firmographic data sources and leveraging them effectively
• Extensive experience with Salesforce tooling ecosystem and related teams
• Proven track record delivering multiple complex projects on time in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong quantitative skills and high data fluency
• Ability to draw and map data models and strong data engineering skills

Responsabilités

• Build a roadmap to improve data strategy and governance for trusted customer data
• Build and execute AI implementations to reduce data inefficiencies
• Partner with Data, Intelligence, Analytics and IT to implement and optimize data tools
• Collaborate cross-functionally within Revenue Operations to reduce friction between field needs and data governance
• Create and maintain playbooks for repeatable tasks to ensure policy compliance
• Identify data source owners in CRM to ensure accountability
• Work with stakeholders to address data-related issues and drive change management
