Job summary

Mobile Communications America, Inc. in Arlington, TX, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support our Data division.

You will work with our In-Building Wireless Solutions Team to identify leads, present integrated wireless system products, and help drive sales for a strategic customer program. The role requires 2+ years of sales experience in telecom or electronics, CRM know-how (HubSpot preferred), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales or sales support experience in telecom or electronics.
• CRM experience, preferably HubSpot.
• Understanding of radio frequency is a plus.
• Experience selling B2B technology or telecom solutions.
• Proven ability to prospect over the phone for new opportunities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Fully integrate with In-Building Wireless Solutions Team and support a strategic customer program.
• Introduce customers to integrated wireless system products to increase sales daily.
• Support programs via outreach, qualification, meeting scheduling, proposal follow-up, and coordination with Account Executives and technical teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM data on customers, sites, activities, and opportunities.
• Research potential customers using market data sources and develop relationships with clients.
• Explain product features and benefits and quote pricing and credit terms.
