Job summary

Mobile Communications America (MCA) seeks an Inside Sales Representative to support our Data division. The role focuses on integrating with the In‑Building Wireless Solutions Team and driving strategic customer programs.

You will introduce wireless system products, research leads, and coordinate with Account Executives to move opportunities forward. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in telecom or electronics sales, experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), strong communication

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in sales or sales support within telecommunications or electronics.
• CRM experience, preferably HubSpot.
• Understanding radio frequency is a plus.
• Experience selling technology or telecommunications B2B is a plus.
• Proven experience prospecting over the phone for new B2B opportunities.
• Proven sales skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate ability to use Microsoft Office suite.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage various activities.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to explain product features and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Fully integrate with our In-Building Wireless Solutions Team and provide dedicated support for a strategic customer program.
• Introduce customers to integrated wireless system communications products to increase sales channel daily.
• Support strategic customer programs through outreach, qualification, scheduling, follow-up, and coordination with Account Executives and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer, site, activity, and opportunity information in the CRM and track accounts through milestones.
• Research potential customers using market data sources and sales leads.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Determine customers' communication needs and recommend equipment.
• Provide quotes and negotiate prices and terms.
• Provision equipment and gather programming data.
