Mobile Communications America, Inc. in Chapel Hill, NC seeks an Inside Sales Representative to support our Data division.

The role focuses on introducing wireless system products, researching potential customers, and building strong client relationships within a fast-paced B2B environment. Qualifications include at least 2 years in sales or sales support in telecom/electronics, CRM experience (HubSpot preferred), and the ability to prospect over the phone.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in sales or sales support experience within the telecommunications or electronics industry.
• CRM experience, preferably HubSpot.
• Proven prospecting over the phone for new B2B opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Introduce customers to integrated wireless system communications products to increase sales channel daily.
• Research and search for potential customers and clients from market data sources.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Determine customers' communication needs and recommend equipment.
• Provide quotes and negotiate prices and credit terms.
• Provision the equipment, gather programming, and enter information.
• Ensure on-time customer delivery, training, and deployment.
• Maintain dates/notes/quotes/follow up with managing opportunities through CRM.
• Familiarize self with competitors' products and selling against them.
