Job summary

Mobile Communications America is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support our Data division within a fast-growing footprint. You will work with the In-Building Wireless Solutions Team to drive strategic programs, introduce customers to integrated wireless products, and manage quotes, scheduling, and CRM data.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of sales or sales support experience in telecom or electronics, familiarity with HubSpot CRM, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales or sales support in telecom/electronics.
• CRM experience preferred (HubSpot).
• Understanding of radio frequency is a plus.
• Experience selling B2B technology/telecommunications is a plus.
• Proven ability to prospect by phone for new opportunities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic customer programs with outreach, qualification, and scheduling.
• Provide quotes, negotiate prices and terms with customers.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy for accounts and opportunities.
• Coordinate with Account Executives and technical teams.
• Research potential customers using market data sources.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Ensure on-time delivery, training, and deployment.
• Understand competitors' products and position against them.
