Job summary

Day Wireless Systems is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to stimulate new sales by creating, monitoring, and managing orders with correct pricing and product availability. You will initiate sales, provide quotes, and coordinate satellite phone activations, terms, and liaison between customers and sales teams.

You will handle customer service, support aligned with sales goals, product delivery, and warranty issues, ensuring timely service per company expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 6 months to 1 year of sales experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook (e-mail & calendar) and Excel.
• Familiarity with database software, intranet, Internet, vendor websites, and standard business equipment.

Responsibilities

• Generate inbound and outbound sales with established and prospective customers.
• Provide proactive customer support from first contact through order completion, to product receipt.
• Resolve complaints and remove road blocks for customers; research delivery methods and status to meet deadlines.
• Research and quote pricing for products, accessories, options, warranties, licensing.
• Offer products and promotions to meet customer needs and sales goals.
• Input customer profiles, orders, accounts, rebilling, and other data into the system; file and organize papers.
• Other duties as assigned.
