Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified Managed Services Engineer II, Data Services to design, deploy and maintain its data-services platform. The role focuses on layer 2/3 solutions, automation scripts, and IP addressing across multi-site environments.

This is a hybrid, full-time position in Charleston with a 3+2 work arrangement and on-call rotation. Candidates should have a CS/IT degree and relevant network certifications; five years' experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, IS, or closely related field, or equivalent experience.
• CCNA or comparable certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect, configure, deploy and maintain Segra's managed data-services platform.
• Translate customer requirements into layer 2/3 technical specifications.
• Develop and test automation scripts for device provisioning and config management.
• Design IP addressing schemes across multi-site environments and document changes.
• Evaluate network topologies, diagnose service issues, and propose design modifications.
