Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Data Engineering Manager to lead the design and build-out of the firm’s cloud-based data platform. You will establish the infrastructure for analytics, reporting, applications, and AI, working with stakeholders to ensure scalable, well-documented data products.

In this hybrid role, you will mentor data engineering staff, set engineering standards, and coordinate with Data Science & AI, IT operations, and business leaders to deliver reliable data capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/IS or related field; graduate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years leading data engineering or closely related teams.
• Experience managing budgets and making cost-conscious tool decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and build-out of the firm’s cloud-based data platform.
• Set standards for data engineering practices and product reliability.
