Job summary

Oracle is seeking a high-performing Data Platform Account Executive for Manufacturing & Transportation to drive strategic growth across enterprise accounts in the United States. You will lead executive-level discussions, shape data modernization initiatives, and sell Oracle's Data Platform portfolio across AI, analytics, and multi-cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

8+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
Experience selling Data Platform, Database, Analytics, AI, Cloud Infrastructure, SaaS, PaaS, or related enterprise tech solutions.
Experience selling into Manufacturing, Automotive, Industrial, Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain orgs preferred.
Demonstrated success selling to executive decision-makers and managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing strategic enterprise opportunities.
Understanding of modern data architectures, analytics, AI/ML, and cloud technologies.
Familiarity with multi-cloud strategies involving OCI, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Strong prospecting, territory planning, account management, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver customer success.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans across Manufacturing & Transportation enterprise accounts.
Build trusted relationships with executive decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, COOs, Supply Chain leaders).
Drive sales of Oracle's Data Platform portfolio (Database, Autonomous Database, Analytics, AI, Data Integration, OCI).
Lead executive conversations on data modernization, AI adoption, analytics transformation, and digital manufacturing.
Position Oracle as a trusted advisor for multi-cloud/hybrid strategies (OCI, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Generate and close complex enterprise opportunities with a defined pipeline and forecast.
Collaborate with Cloud Infrastructure, AI, Applications, Industry, Consulting, Customer Success, and Solution Engineering teams to deliver outcomes.
Prospect into assigned accounts to identify opportunities and expand Oracle's footprint across the enterprise.
Lead long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and travel as required.
