You will guide a technical team and collaborate with IT, Security, Compliance, and business units to ensure secure, compliant access while enabling business needs.

You will mentor engineers, drive governance policies, and balance security with operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 5+ years IAM/data governance tech management.
• 3+ years of people management leading technical teams.
• Experience with RBAC, Snowflake, and access provisioning at scale.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise-wide access provisioning for the Cambia Data Platform on Snowflake.
• Oversee data governance platforms and provide hands-on configuration.
• Develop and enforce access provisioning policies and standards.
• Lead and develop FTE and contractor resources.
• Build relationships with IT, Security, Compliance, Privacy, and business units.
