Job summary

Staples is seeking a detail-oriented professional in Idaho Falls to run reports in WMS systems, assist leadership, and analyze data to drive improvements. You will coordinate with clerical and supervisory teams, ensure SOP compliance, and support multiple warehouse functions.

Qualifications include 1+ year of Excel and experience with EXE/PKMS/WMS and related systems; preferred Power BI/MS Teams familiarity.

Qualifications

1+ years of basic Microsoft Excel skills.
1+ years of basic knowledge of EXE/PKMS/WMS, Galaxy AS/400, Sunbeam, BRIO, Cubiscan.

Responsibilities

Run reports in systems such as WMS, Sunbeam or other WMS or labor reporting systems.
Assist department leader in managing the workflow as needed.
Provide required information to supervisors and managers to meet reporting and metric requirements.
Assist with communicating information to departmental teams.
Analyze data and develop recommendations for action or improvement.
Maintain system as required due to upgrades or business changes.
Ensure compliance with systems and SOPs and audit activity to ensure compliance.
Coordinate and communicate changes or enhancements to the systems.
Work with Clerical, supervisors, and managers at the location and central administration/services.
Interact with customer service to expedite high-touch requests, research complaints, and resolve issues.
Provide support for operations specialist role in other departments as needed.
Provide support in various warehouse areas as needed.
Direct associate concerns to department leader.
