Job summary

Staples, Inc. Careers is seeking an operations data/analyst oriented professional to support warehouse reporting and workflow optimization in Oregon City. You will run WMS and labor reports, assist leadership, and communicate metrics to teams across departments.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in Excel and WMS systems.
• Knowledge of EXE/PKMS/WMS and related equipment.
• Basic certification in material handling equipment or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Run reports in systems such as WMS, Sunbeam or other WMS or labor reporting systems.
• Assist department leader in managing the workflow as needed.
• Provide required information to supervisors and managers to meet reporting and metric requirements.
• Assist with communicating information to departmental teams.
• Analyze data and develop recommendations for action or improvement.
• Maintain system as required due to upgrades or business changes.
• Ensure compliance with systems and SOPs and audit activity to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate and communicate major changes or enhancements to the systems.
• Work with Clerical support, supervisors, and managers at the location and those providing central administration and/or services.
• Interact with customer service to expedite and manage high touch customer requests, research complaints, and resolve issues.
• Provide support and backup for operations specialist role in other departments as needed.
• Provide support and backup in various warehouse functional areas as needed.
• Direct associate concerns to department leader.
