Job summary

Swisher is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to support Billings, MT and surrounding markets. You will grow sales through data-driven insights, storytelling, and structured selling in a dynamic consumer products environment.

Responsibilities include expanding distribution, launching new products, and building strong partnerships with retailers and distributors. A company vehicle and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in CPG, retail, or distributor environments (preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel and digital tools.
• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data, customer insights, and market trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Deliver fact-based recommendations that improve category performance and shopper outcomes.
• Lead customer conversations via storytelling as a category advisor, not just a supplier.
• Expand distribution and market presence across retail and wholesale accounts.
• Execute launches with speed to market aligned to consumer trends and retailer needs.
• Partner with distributors to ensure aligned execution and strong relationships.
