Job summary

Family Connections, Inc. seeks a Program Evaluator to collect, analyze, and report data evaluating the effectiveness of program services.

You will work with the Director of Quality to develop outcomes, manage data across EHR, Salesforce, and Alchemer, and produce clear reports for staff, partners, and funders. The role requires experience in program evaluation, both quantitative and qualitative methods, and proficiency with relevant software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in Public Health, Program Evaluation, Statistics, Social Work, Public Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
• Program evaluation experience required.
• Experience evaluating Evidence Based Practices is required.
• Experience with both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• Proficiency with software including electronic health records, spreadsheets, database management, online survey tools, qualitative and quantitative analysis software.
• Preferred experience in public health, youth mental health, and/or substance use disorders.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with program staff and under the direction of the Director of Quality to develop, maintain and report on relevant process and outcome data in a timely manner.
• Collect, input, update, and manage data across platforms (EHR, Salesforce, Alchemer), ensuring data integrity and regulatory reporting.
• Support qualitative and quantitative data analysis of consumer care/quality measures.
• Analyze and evaluate program outcomes; provide input for sustainability and evaluation planning.
• Support and recommend rapid cycle PDSA for continuous quality improvement.
• Support fidelity monitoring of evidence-based practices.
• Build and manage evaluation and outcome reports; share with staff, partners and funders.
• Collaborate with Director of Quality to develop new outcome tracking systems.
• Review annual indicators for program goals; break out data by key features.
• Create graphs/infographics for reports and presentations.
• Work with IT to establish KPIs or databases; develop presentations and reports.
