Job summary

FCCBH Behavioral Health in Kennett, MO is seeking a Project Evaluator to lead evaluation and performance measurement for the Project AWARE initiative. You will coordinate data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting to monitor implementation and outcomes, and support quality improvement initiatives.

The role requires collaborating with the Project Director, LEA Project Managers, school districts, and FCCBH leadership to ensure compliance with SAMHSA SPARS reporting and federal data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, psychology, education, social work, statistics, evaluation, behavioral health, or related field required; master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in program evaluation, data management, quality improvement, or performance measurement.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data.
• Experience preparing reports for federal, state, or grant-funded programs preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, database management, and data analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project AWARE evaluation plan.
• Coordinate collection, validation, analysis, and reporting of all required project data.
• Oversee submission of SAMHSA SPARS data.
• Monitor implementation fidelity, process measures, and outcome benchmarks.
• Analyze data to identify trends, strengths, challenges, and opportunities for CQI.
• Prepare quarterly, annual, and final evaluation reports for the Project Director and partners.
• Collaborate with school districts to collect attendance, behavioral, referral, and other data.
• Assist with objective development, performance indicators, dashboards, and data visualization tools.
• Support CQI by presenting evaluation findings and recommendations to leadership.
