Job summary

Damar Services is seeking a Program Manager - Evaluation Services to lead the diagnostic and evaluation program. This role oversees staff, ensures program performance, and implements improvements while maintaining strong community partnerships.

You will monitor outcomes, manage data in the EHR, and ensure compliance with licensing and contractual standards. A commitment to mission-driven service and collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a social services or related field.
• Experience with program compliance and documentation auditing preferred.
• Trauma informed care and de-escalation training.

Responsibilities

• Attends mandatory staff meetings and other meetings as assigned.
• Regularly participates in community meetings and consortiums.
• Collaborates with referral partners and stakeholders.
• Represents Damar at community events and conducts outreach to community partners.
• Manages program operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitors program performance, service delivery, and outcomes for improvement.
• Oversees data in the EHR system and quality of reporting.
