Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a social services or related field, including overseeing program operations and supervising staff.
• Experience with program compliance, documentation auditing, electronic health records, and/or billing-related processes preferred.
• Trauma informed care and de-escalation training.
• Ability to pass and maintain CPR Certification.
• Minimum age of 18 per licensure requirements.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record meeting insurance carrier requirements.
• Clear of felony convictions or disqualifying charges.
• Pre-employment drug screen and physical; background screening.
• Commitment to organizational policies and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management and operations of the diagnostic and evaluation program.
• Provide leadership to assigned staff and supervise performance.
• Monitor service delivery, outcomes, and program performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, licensing, contractual, and organizational standards.
• Maintain accurate program data in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Coordinate staffing schedules and ensure coverage.
• Conduct regular file audits for billable hours, notes, and invoices.
• Engage with community partners and stakeholders; represent Damar in the community.
• Lead process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Conduct employee evaluations and implement corrective actions when needed.
