You will collaborate with community partners, monitor outcomes, and ensure compliant documentation in the EHR while upholding regulatory standards. This role supports a mission-driven culture with opportunities for growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a social services or related field, including overseeing program operations and supervising staff.
• Experience with program compliance, documentation auditing, electronic health records, and billing-related processes preferred.
• Trauma informed care and de-escalation training.
• Ability to pass and maintain CPR Certification.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record that meets eligibility requirements.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the diagnostic and evaluation program and supervise staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, licensing, contractual, and organizational standards.
• Monitor service delivery and outcomes; implement process improvements.
• Oversee accuracy and timely management of program data in the EHR.
• Manage staffing schedules and coverage; coach and develop staff.
• Conduct regular file audits to align billable hours, notes, invoices, and reporting.
