Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of salaried and hourly staff across a dynamic fulfillment network in Ohio. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, and timely customer delivery while guiding improvements through data-driven decisions.

You’ll mentor your team, manage large-scale projects, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet business objectives. Expect varied shifts and physical requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Develop productivity plans through forecasts and load balancing.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and delivery promises.
• Collaborate with safety, engineering, loss prevention, HR to meet objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours.
