Job summary

Amazon in Salt Lake City is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide generalist HR support for hourly employees and business leaders, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and internal customer service. The role blends strategic and tactical work to drive organizational effectiveness.

You will leverage data analytics and HR technology, coach leaders on performance and culture, and lead initiatives that improve the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required or 2+ years Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Experience leading or supporting employee-focused processes (onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management).
• Experience partnering with leaders to drive HR initiatives is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver HR initiatives focused on talent management and engagement.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive proactive HR improvements at the site level.
• Coach leaders on people management, performance feedback, and inclusive team development.
• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions and AI-driven tools to improve user experience.
• Balance strategic and tactical responsibilities to enhance employee experience and business outcomes.
