Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration.
• 2–5 years in healthcare, health insurance, brokerage/consulting, or HR/benefits.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and build internal networks.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Participates in new health center implementations planning and launch with Sales and Operations teams.
• Manage contractual requirements including renewal terms and improvements in revenue.
• Identify revenue growth opportunities with existing clients and services.
• Support tiered engagement models and aggregator relationships.
• Coordinate with marketing to develop client engagement plans and incentives.
• Partner with Directors of Operations and health center leadership on metrics and performance guarantees.
• Maintain Salesforce documentation and reporting; analyze performance data for clinics.
