Helios Partners, LLC is seeking a data-driven E-commerce Performance Manager to own the digital storefront, growth marketing performance, and operational efficiency.

You will lead customer acquisition, funnel optimization, and unit economics across paid channels, CRO, and retention. The role requires hands-on management of Shopify, apps like Klaviyo and Rebuy, and real-time analytics to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing and e-commerce operations for a DTC brand.
• Deep familiarity with Shopify ecosystem, apps like Klaviyo, Rebuy, Gorgias, Recharge.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition and CRO across paid channels.
• Oversee ROAS, MER, CAC, and LTV targets.
• Design, execute, and iterate creative testing frameworks with designers.
• Shopify optimization and funnel management including landing pages and checkout.
• Launch A/B tests on site copy and offers to boost CVR and AOV.
• Build landing pages using Rebuy, Unbounce, or Replo for campaigns.
• Monitor inventory velocity and unit economics to align ad spend with supply.
• Partner with logistics to track shipping times and costs.
• Maintain real-time dashboards and deliver weekly/monthly performance summaries.
